Hace ya un par de semanas cuando una amiga me comentó que estaba trabajando en un cuento para brokentales, y que, claro está, cuando lo terminase lo iba a publicar. Después de que me dijo esto pensé, “Pues es verdad, ¡brokentales no tiene la capacidad de guardar borradores!”.
Aunque este hecho me da un poco de vergüenza porque es bastante obvio que la inspiración no viene del tirón: es un proceso que tarda. Entonces, ¿por qué no programarla? de esta manera se puede empezar un relato bien pensado desde el principio.
Pues ya está lista y a la espera de nuevas contribuciones. Desde ahora el autor puede tener en reserva los relatos que ha empezado, pero que por distintas razones no le ha dado el visto bueno: Errores ortográficos (que los tenemos todos), al personaje principal le falta - o le sobra - carácter, describir un poco más el entorno de la historia, en fin, dejar en “tentativo” un relato para su posterior revisión.
Espero que esta nueva característica les sirva para desarrollar más y mejores relatos.
A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine told me that she was working in a story for brokentales and, of course, she is going to publish it when it is ready. After she told me that I thought, “Wow, that is true, brokentales does not have the capability of saving drafts!”.
I must confess that this fact make me feel a little embarrassed, because it is too obvious that the inspiration does not come to us as a whole: it is a long term process. Then, why do not add the draft capability? By doing this would be possible to start a good story since its beginning.
Well, this feature is already done and waiting for your contributions. Since now the authors can have “on hold” their started stories, but for several reason the author does not feel good about it: to check the spelling later on (everybody has mistakes), the main character has too little (or too much) character, extend the environment in which the characters are developing, anyways store a tale for its posterior revision.
I hope this feature let you develop more and better tales.
